Eddie Van Halen Inspired Strat

Here is an old Squier Strat that I refinished for a friend.
It's got a nice Alder body and Maple neck. After a little tweaking it sounds real nice.
I got to play it through my amplifiers and the tone had such a Hendrix feel to it.

I really like it.

He's a metalhead so he doesn't like the sound.
But she sounds great!

Hehe yeah sure did!

The funny part is, his only cost $250 to make.
I think the most expensive thing on his origional was the pickup!
